This is the vile moment faecal waste was sent flying into the air after a portaloo fell from the top of a Sevilla bridge.
Footage shared on TikTok shows the mobile toilet being hoisted up by a cable to the top of Puente del Centenario on Thursday afternoon.
However, for reasons yet unknown, the toilet slipped from its harness and fell dramatically onto the roadway below.
The moment was captured in a TikTok video posted by user @tanqueta567, which quickly went viral thanks to both the dramatic footage and the reactions of onlookers.
Remarkably, the falling structure missed all passing vehicles, avoiding what could have been a serious accident. No injuries or material damage were reported.
The mishap took place at around 5.30pm, during the rush hour, and has prompted renewed calls for strict safety precautions when handling large and heavy equipment on major infrastructure projects.
The Puente del Centenario remains under renovation, and the episode did not disrupt traffic flow.
