This is the moment a police car was filmed just after crashing into a railing in Marbella.

The Policia Nacional patrol car is said to have swerved onto the pavement in the centre of the Costa del Sol town at around 8.30pm on Tuesday.

The crash happened when the cop car was chasing a motorbike that had been zig zagging through traffic.

The driver of the police vehicle lost control and hit the motorcycle before veering down stairs and into a railing.

Footage of the incident was shared on the @marbellasequeja Instagram page.
