A Frenchman who disappeared from Malaga during a holiday with friends has been located, the Spanish Eye can confirm.
Adrien Tardiff, 34, from Versailles, had not been seen since vanishing in the early hours of Thursday morning.
His relieved travel companions this evening said: ‘Adrien has been found and is with friends.’
His friends with whom he is holidaying previously told the Spanish Eye that they were very worried after not hearing from him since yesterday.
He had left the apartment they were sharing in District 1 of the city at around 4am.
A statement made by his friends read: ‘Adrien may be in a mental health crisis/manic episode and is at risk.
‘He is a traveller who left his apartment on Thursday morning at 4am without his phone, wallet, or passport.

‘His phone was discovered on El Tiro street in the Trinidad district. He was last seen wearing neutral clothes, possibly grey sweatshirt and cream pants, and speaks French and English.
‘He has a prominent gap in his front teeth. We are coordinating a local search and in contact with police, hospitals, and the French embassy.’
