Glutes & Abs Fitness Class (child friendly)

Hi !! So pleased to be in this group! You guys seem really active on here with recommendations and so forth.

I’m a health and fitness coach with over a decade of experience. I have a women’s Only fitness studio in England, however I recently relocated here for the Sun and sea.

Tuesdays & Fridays 10am I am putting on Glutes n Abs classes on San Pedro beach side, next to Playa Nini’s restaurant. Low impact, suitable for all, kids and babies are welcome.
