Community benefitWe prioritize the findings from our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) filled with information from leaders and parents to ensure that our work and support meets the needs of the community while aligning with system initiatives. Strategically, equitable access to care drives our six focus areas: asthma, healthy lifestyles, injury prevention, mental health, oral health, and parenting and family support.Community programsOur priority focus areas are addressed through various programs that serve our eight-county service area. Through each program we encourage strong partnership support and engagement by way of our coalitions and collaborations. Our programs involve various levels of strategy and prevention following the Spectrum of Prevention.Community partnershipsTo build upon our collective wisdom, we engage multiple community partners in an effort to research, understand, communicate and address children’s health issues. We value our community partners and we’re committed to fostering growth, cultivating positive relationships and providing resources to our North Texas community.
