At the foot of the Crestellina in Casares lies an authentic cheese factory and goat farm that you absolutely must have visited
Together with Juan, we welcome you to the farm and take you through the whole process from goat’s milk to cheese. Not only will you visit the farm, but you will also get the chance to make your own cheese and take it home. We finish with a tasting and a glass of wine.
The whole experience takes about 3 hours depending on the group. The program:
– introduction
– 1st phase of cheese making
– visit dairy
– introduction to the goats
– making your own cheese
– tasting with a glass of wine
This activity is guided in English so that everyone can fully enjoy it.
