A new ultra-luxury development is taking shape in Marbella – and it comes with a price tag to match.
The project, known as Ocho de Oro by Versace, is bringing a slice of high fashion to the Costa del Sol, with a collection of eight designer mansions starting from €11.7 million each.
Set in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, the gated community promises total privacy, around-the-clock security and a level of opulence rarely seen even in this corner of southern Spain.
Each villa sits on a sprawling 2,000m2 plot and spans three floors, with panoramic sea views from every level.
Every property features five large bedrooms, alongside vast open-plan living areas finished with signature Versace design touches, from bespoke textiles to curated fixtures and furnishings.
Residents will have access to their own private spa, indoor and outdoor cinemas, and an extraordinary range of water features including indoor and outdoor pools, plunge pools and jacuzzis.

The terraces and lounge spaces are built in throughout, designed to make the most of Marbella’s year-round sunshine.
The development itself is fully enclosed, with 24-hour security, controlled access and landscaped communal areas.
But it is the Versace stamp that sets these villas apart.
Every detail, down to lighting, hardware and décor, has been created or selected in collaboration with the iconic Italian fashion house.
