A series of weather alerts have been issued for strong winds in Andalucia as Storm Pedro rolls into the country.
The warnings cover the seas off Malaga and Almeria and parts of Granada and Jaen.
A yellow alert for rough seas from state weather agency Aemet affects the coasts of Malaga, Granada and Almeria, with two-metre waves and 60km/hr predicted throughout Wednesday.
On Thursday, the warning will be removed from Malaga but upgraded to orange in Granada and Almeria, with waves expected to reach four metres.
Meanwhile, Granada’s Costa Tropical is on a yellow warning for 80km/hr winds Wednesday, which will remain in place on Thursday.
On both Wednesday and Thursday, inland Almeria is on alert for strong winds of up to 90km/hr.

Meanwhile, inland Granada (Guadix and Baza) and Carzola and Segura (Jaen) are on a yellow alert both days for 80km/hr gusts.
The windy weather will usher in a mild weekend for much of Andalucia, after months of deluge and storms.
