An estate agency in San Pedro de Alcantara has been robbed by a group of youths on electric scooters.

Photos shared online show the front window of PRS Marbella in Nueva Alcantara completely destroyed.

The alleged robbery is said to have occurred at around 5am on Saturday.

The owners said in a statement via Marbellasequeja that three young boys were seen on CCTV riding two electric scooters.

They said that one of them acted as a lookout while the other two carried out the robbery.

They added: ‘First they started by busting the door and then they broke the glass.

‘They took a 10 litre bottle of vodka that was filled with one and two euro coins equivalent to almost €2,000.

‘Information on the individuals will be rewarded, if anyone has seen anything suspicious please get in touch.

‘We have videos, thanks to the neighbour who called the police.’

It comes after reports earlier this year of a group of young boys terrorising local residents and expats in the same area.

They were allegedly knocking on doors and ringing people’s doorbells repeatedly.

Groups of children and teenagers are often seen zooming on e-scooters up and down the long avenue that leads to the beachfront, while blasting music through a speaker.
