Some 88 restaurants across Andalucia have been recognised by the Michelin Guide for 2026, highlighting the region’s growing reputation as one of Spain’s top food destinations.
The recommendations were officially presented at an event in Malaga, where more than 200 hospitality professionals gathered to celebrate Andalucia’s restaurant scene.
The recognition covers all eight provinces, reflecting a mix of traditional cooking, modern techniques and international influences that continue to attract both local diners and visitors from abroad.
From coastal seafood spots to inland fine dining, the list showcases the depth of talent across the region rather than focusing on a single city.

Food continues to play a major role in attracting visitors, with the region offering everything from high-end dining to traditional local cuisine rooted in its history and produce.
The plaques recognising these restaurants will be distributed in events across Spain as part of a wider collaboration between Michelin and CaixaBank, which is supporting the rollout of the 2026 guide.
