A desperate appeal has been launched to find a missing grandfather in Spain.
Robert Kerr, 71, from Northern Ireland, has had no contact with his family for two days after heading to the Costa del Sol for a holiday.
His granddaughter Amy wrote in an appeal: ‘This is my grandfather. We haven’t had contact with him now for two days and he isn’t responding to any of our messages or phone calls.
‘He is staying in the Torremolinos area, however this is a man who just gets up and goes, travels frequently on his own.
‘As a family we are unaware of the hotel he’s staying in. We know that he had a trip planned to Madrid to watch a Tottenham game.
‘This is extremely worrying as this is very unlike to him to not respond to us while he is away.
‘Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is something we have never been through before.’
